Reservations are non-refundable and non-cancellable and cannot be modified. Accommodation numbers for weekend stays can be collected between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM on the same day of check-in. For all bookings, collecting accommodation numbers after 4:00 PM requires at least two hours after completing the booking. The website’s terms and conditions (if any) stating that the platform acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for any operational errors or issues occurring within the hotels.
