Reservations are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Accommodation numbers for weekend stays can be collected between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM on the same day of check-in. For all bookings, collecting accommodation numbers after 4:00 PM requires at least two hours after completing the booking.
